We have 38+ years combined experience in the property industry. In 2004 our Director Raquel began learning and investing in property until 2014 when she set up her own Property Trading company. We now leverage on over 200+ years among all the experts we use. Raquel has worked to expand her portfolio and it now covers Buy-to-Let's, Conversions from Commercial to Residential, HMO's, Short Term Accommodation and Land Development. With a Degree in Business, she has worked in the events industry Business Development alongside Blue Chip Companies like GSK and Pfizer. Her passion for the property industry has pushed her to use the transferrable skills she has acquired to build a successful £6m portfolio of investment properties.
